21. How Diet Impacts Hair Loss

This week, I’m talking about the dreaded hair loss. There are many, many things that can contribute to hair loss, but today I’m going to focus specifically on how our diet can impact our hair. I’m sharing what nutrients are most important, why and what foods we can find them in. 

You should always consult your doctor to discuss your specific needs as there is no one size fits all for hair loss.
